I am so glad you've decided to join my Super Short & Sweet Program! :) If you are a super busy Mom or just would like to get into the habit of moving everyday this program is for you! The movement practices will be: > Simple yoga flows > Creative and dynamic yoga flows > Bodyweight exercises > Strength-based exercises with weights You will need the following: A yoga mat Yoga blocks/or books Blanket/washcloth/sliders Hand weights, ideally a lighter set and a heavier set (ones you can press overhead without hurting yourself; ones that you can hold in your hands while you squat) These practices will be light on instruction to ensure we make the most of our time together, so expect to get moving as soon as you press play! If you complete all of them, you will receive a special gift from me. To let me know you've completed the practices, you can simply mark them as complete and let me know which one was your favourite. You do not have to complete all of the practices in a month... Enjoy! <3
