This Dark Moon Classical Yoga Class for Menstruation is gentle and nurturing and is designed to soothe your womb, lower back pain, and menstrual cramps, particularly during the first days of bleeding. This special online class will leave you feeling calm, grounded and refreshed during this more delicate phase of your menstrual cycle. Recommended yoga props for this class: 1-3 yoga blankets (or other thick blankets or beach / bath towels) bolster (or 2-3 bed pillows) yoga strap (or bathrobe strap / tie / long scarf) optional yoga blocks (or cushions) yoga chair (or kitchen chair) eye pillow (or pillow case / small towel / scarf to cover your eyes) What you'll get: * 1 Feminine yoga online class * Recording available in less than 24hrs (you'll have one week to practice the class)

Cancellation policy: You may cancel without fee up to 24 hrs in advance. After that you may use the deposit for the following week in case you have to miss a session. Valid for single class payment only. If the class is cancelled by me, we will refund your deposit fully.
