Yoga to support female hormonal balance, fertility, and Health. This class brings together a variety of practices designed to build and support the healthy function of the female body, while also addressing the deeper layers of healing and nourishment needed to truly thrive as a woman in all stages of your life. The movement linked with breath and awareness can become a strengthening moving prayer. We will follow the Moon phases as the weeks go by to guide the energy of the classes as well as practice the Classical Woman's Postures that are universally beneficial for women of all ages and stages because they boost circulation in the pelvic, abdominal and hip areas, promoting reproductive health and hormonal balance. How can this class help? We work to strengthen and open the body so you feel capable to handle whatever situation you are facing, but we also allow ample time for recovery and relaxation so you access your rest and digest mode. What can you expect from this class? Core strengthening, heart opening postures, fertility mudras plus calming and effective breathing techniques. Recommended yoga props: 1-3 yoga blankets (or other thick blankets or beach / bath towels) bolster (or 2-3 bed pillows) yoga strap (or bathrobe strap / tie long scarf) 2 yoga blocks (or thick, sturdy books) yoga chair (or ottoman) eye pillow (or scarf to cover your eyes) LIMITED SPOTS!!
