De Lua Fertility Yoga Online Program was designed to honour Women's Natural Menstrual Cycle to get your menstrual cycle back on track to conceive easily and naturally. Whether you are on your fertility journey, or are experiencing irregular menstrual cycles and would like to know more about your fertility this class is for you! We will flow with the Phases of the Moon and connect with our bodies natural rhythm. You will learn about the internal seasons and how they can affect your mood, body, energy and soul so that you can feel the joy of the fertility journey, reconnect to your body, get out of the overwhelm and calm your nervous system. What you'll get: * 8 Fertility yoga online classes (60 min each) * Fertility breath work, mudras, meditation and visualization * Recording available in less than 24hrs (you'll have 2 mths access to recordings) * Access to a private group where you can ask questions, share insights and connect to soul like sisters in the same journey as you. * Woman's Circle time
Cancellation policy: You may cancel without fee up to 24 hrs in advance. After that you may use the deposit for the following week in case you have to miss a session. Valid for single class payment only. If the class is cancelled by me, we will refund your deposit fully.
