Why 80% of Women Are Missing This Crucial Fertility Element (Hint: It's Not a Vitamin)šŸ¤«šŸ’Š

Hey there, fertility warrior!

Picture this: It's a lazy Sunday afternoon, and I'm curled up on my couch, sipping my favorite Brazilian coffee (because, hello, some stereotypes are true! šŸ‡§šŸ‡·). I'm scrolling through my messages, and boom – another friend confiding in me about her fertility struggles. šŸ˜”

It hit me like a ton of bricks. So many of us are on this rollercoaster ride, trying everything under the sun to boost our fertility. We're popping prenatal vitamins like they're candy šŸ¬, peeing on ovulation sticks , and doing headstands after sex (admit it, we've all been there! šŸ™ƒ).

But what if I told you there's this super important element for fertility that most of us are totally missing? And nope, it's not another vitamin to add to your already overflowing pillbox!

At the Health Optimisation Summit in London, I was struck by all the buzz around nitric oxide. As a breath work coach and fertility yoga teacher, I realized the practices I'd been teaching, might be doing more than just relaxing us—they could be boosting our nitric oxide levels and potentially supporting fertility!

Let me introduce you to your new best friend: nitric oxide. šŸ¤“ I know, I know – it sounds like something from your high school chemistry class (fellow nerds, unite!). But stick with me here, because this little molecule is a total game-changer for your fertility.

Here's the scoop: nitric oxide is like a traffic controller for your blood flow. It helps your blood vessels dilate, making sure all your reproductive bits are getting the oxygen and nutrients they need. Without enough of it, your ovaries and uterus might be struggling in a traffic jam, and you don't even know it!

Now, here's where it gets a bit wild. Remember when we hit 30, and suddenly everyone started talking about our "biological clock"? Well, turns out our nitric oxide production starts to dip around then too. Talk about a double whammy, right?

But don't worry, I'm not here to leave you hanging! Here's where my architect brain kicks in (yep, that was my former life). Just like we can design buildings to improve our lives, we can "design" our bodies to produce more nitric oxide. And the blueprint is surprisingly simple and kinda fun!

Enter two of my favorite techniques: Bhramari breath (aka the bee's breath) šŸ and Om chanting šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø. I know what you're thinking – "Girl, have you lost it? How is buzzing like a bee going to help me get pregnant?" Trust me, I had the same thought when I first learned about this!

But here's the cool part: when you do these practices, you create vibrations in your sinuses that stimulate nitric oxide production. It's like giving your fertility a little dance party!

I'll never forget the first time I tried Bhramari breath. There I was, in my living room, making buzzing sounds like a crazy person. 😜 My partner walked in and looked at me like I had three heads. But you know what? That silly buzzing might just have been the missing piece in my fertility puzzle.

The best part? You can do this anytime, anywhere. Stuck in traffic? Buzz away (just maybe not at a red light – we don't want any confused pedestrians!). Need a break from a stressful workday? Take a moment to Om it out in the bathroom stall. Your fertility will thank you, and bonus – you'll probably feel a whole lot calmer too!

So, my fellow fertility warrior, are you ready to give your nitric oxide levels a little boost? Let's buzz and Om our way to better fertility together! Who knows, this might just be the start of your own wild and wonderful journey to motherhood.

Remember, your body is incredible, and you're stronger than you know. We're in this together, and I'm cheering you on every step of the way!

Now, who's ready to make some noise for their fertility? šŸ”Š
